The United States and Canada boast one of the strongest bilateral alliances in the world, share a 5,525-mile border, and have had a friendship for over 150 years. However, the relationship between the two countries is sometimes overlooked due to their proximity and cultural similarities. Regardless, there is a depth to this unique partnership, and countless symbiotic economic interactions occur every day. Among these interactions is an extensive history of energy cooperation rooted in the overwhelming abundance of natural resources found in both the United States and Canada.
In this special joint webinar from the United States Energy Association (USEA) and the Energy Council of Canada (ECC), two contemporary energy projects that feature American and Canadian collaboration will be highlighted. Featuring guest speakers from both countries, this webinar will give an overview of the Canadian-American energy relationship and help illustrate that the long-standing partnership is mutually beneficial and positive.
